GREEN DRINK RECIPE

I drink this every day.  Love it!  Green Drink is an oxygenator, a detoxifier (internal and environmental), an acid crystal dissolver, and hydrator.  Because the human body has no mechanism to digest cellulose, in order to digest the cellular contents of a leaf, the teeth must mechanically separate the cellulose structures.  A good blender can deliver as much as 80% of the leaf's cellular fluids.  This makes salad greens approximately 40 times more effective.  If you chew a green lettuce leaf all day, and there would still be chlorophyll trapped in the fibers.  The blender and clean water will wash the chlorophyll out of the leaves.

Fresh Green Drink is better than a commercially prepared chlorophyll product.  Fresh Green Drink is alive and has the biological activity of freshly prepared live drink.



Recipe:

In a blender, blend 1 handful of your preferred GREEN leafy vegetable (romaine lettuce, spinach, parsley) with three cups of distilled water.  Blend until liquefied, about 2-3 minutes.  If you do not like the crunchy fiber or pulp, straining is acceptable.  I like the pulp.  Add more water!   Water, water, water as needed and to your taste (at least three more cups).  Some like a squeeze of lemon.  Refrigerate immediately.  Green drink can be enjoyed all day.  After 24 hours, please discard any unused Green Drink.
