I was surprised the /ES finished in the green yesterday. I am still super cautious about what is happening in the markets with the US Government shut-down not ending. The lower prices in the /ES pre-market could be because of stalled talks, but it looks more like buyers looking for good prices to get into the market, not out. We shall see what happens.
